Rita B (Bianca Meier) is a woman with something to say. Her latest self-produced debut album released in September last year 'With Pockets Nearly Empty And A Glass Almost Full' received affectionate attention from Sydney locals through FBi and 2SER radio play and through playing an extensive amount of Sydney shows both solo and with her band.
Rita B won the hearts of many Sydney-siders through the innocent folk rock vibe that comes with her music, where it seems everything is all peaches and cream, until she opens her mouth and unapologetically dishes out all kinds of personal yet relatable contradictions and hypocrisies to everyone and everything including herself. The breadwinner is all in the lyrics and the fantastically blunt delivery.
