For nearly three decades Julien Wilson has been an exciting and integral member of the Australian Jazz Scene. His tenor saxophone style can cover an incredibly broad stylistic and emotional range and is featured on over 80 albums. He has received a number of prestigious awards, both personally and as an integral member of a variety of critically acclaimed co-operative bands. In 2013 he formed Lionsharecords to release and distribute his own recordings. His work with the label was recognised by the 2015 APRA Art Music Award for EXCELLENCE IN JAZZ.

Elly Blackham is an up-and-coming saxophonist in the Melbourne jazz scene. Specialising in contemporary jazz, her music is influenced by jazz luminaries such as Keith Jarrett, Jan Garbarek and Dexter Gordon, as well as artists closer to home such as Andrea Keller, Angela Davis and Sam Anning. She will present a set of her original music, inspired by human emotion and love. She will be joined by Yael Marks (trumpet), Coco Browne (piano), Jack Dobson (bass), and Paddy Walter (drums).
