Rambal band leaders - vocalist Nardia Brancatisano & guitarist/vocalist Justin Yap put together "Nardia" (band) and won the MBAS Blues Challenge last year and took it all the way to the finals of the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in January this year! As one of five finalists (out of 400), Nardia was the only female in the band category and one of the only bands to ever make it in the finals for Australia. Featuring Charlie Rolfe on Hammond Organ and the legendary Rambal rhythm section of Jordan Pereira on drums and Sam Watts on bass, the band will be churning through some new tunes, their favourite cuts from their album ‘Hold Your Fire’, along with some classic soul and blues!
